MION Artisan Soap Shipping Policy

At MION Artisan Soap, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. We work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and freshness of our products.

Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During busy seasons, holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time
Most orders are delivered within approximately 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier transit times and destination. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more within the United States (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable).

Orders below $75 will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, MION Artisan Soap cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. MION Artisan Soap is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
